Paul Ryan in Wisconsin: High unemployment in his home District; see the figures:

Paul Ryan’s Budget aims to cut billions of dollars from  the programs that will help the poor, the unemployed, and the middle class in general. Several points:

1. There are a lot of folks like this in his District. The cities of larger cities of Racine and Kenosha have unemployment rates on the order of 10-12%.

3. For his home city of Janesville, the official rate is about 10.3 %.

2. His austerity program and cutting funds for education and public safety etc. will create more unemployment, recession and misery in his District.
